minced pork
Italian Seasoning
sea salt
Steak Seasoning
Ground Fine Black Pepper
Coarse Black Pepper

Steps to Prepare

Step 1 of 6

    • 300 g minced pork
    • Italian Seasoning
    • sea salt
    • Steak Seasoning
    • Ground Fine Black Pepper
    • Coarse Black Pepper

Marinate the minced pork with:

  • Italian Seasoning (to your own preference)
  • Sea Salt (5 dashes)
  • Steak Seasoning (to your own preference)
  • Ground Fine Black Pepper (3 dashes)
  • Coarse Black Pepper (to your own preference)

And freeze it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2 of 6

Scoop the Minced Pork and form it into Medallion shape.

    • 2 Brioche Burger Bun
    • salted butter

Toast the Brioche Burger Bun:

Cut the bun into top and bottom halves. Spread butter on each side of the bun and place the buns in Toaster Oven at 175 degree celsius up to max. 7 minutes.

Step 4 of 6

    • worcestershire sauce

Cook the patty:

Heat up the pan with a whip of butter, cook the patty on 1 side for 3 minutes. Add few drops of Worcestershire sauce for the tangy taste.

Then flip the patty and cook on the other side for another 3 minutes.

Cook until both sides of the patty are golden brown.

Create an omelette parcel with patty and cheese inside:

Fry 1 egg omelette and spread it out. When the egg is still moist but the omelette shape has been formed, place 1 patty in the middle of the omelette and then 1 slice of cheese on top of the patty.

Wrap the patty to form a parcel (omelette is the wrapping paper and the patty with cheese is the gift).

    • tomato sauce
    • mayonnaise
    • Chilli Sauce

Putting the burger together:

Place the wrapped patty parcel on the bottom side of the bun.

Drizzle tomato sauce on top of parcel.

Drizzle mayonnaise after tomato sauce.

Drizzle chilli sauce after mayonnaise.

Place the top side of the bun.
