- 300 g minced pork
 - Italian Seasoning
 - sea salt
 - Steak Seasoning
 - Ground Fine Black Pepper
 - Coarse Black Pepper
 
Marinate the minced pork with:
- Italian Seasoning (to your own preference)
 - Sea Salt (5 dashes)
 - Steak Seasoning (to your own preference)
 - Ground Fine Black Pepper (3 dashes)
 - Coarse Black Pepper (to your own preference)
 
And freeze it for 15 to 20 minutes.
