Stir fry bitter gourd with chicken in bean paste chicken, bitter gourd, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, 1/2 cup water, fermented black beans, 2 inch ginger chopped, 3 cloves garlic chopped, sesame oil, xiao shing wine (optional). put oil to wok, put in garlic, ginger ,chicken, stir fry until chicken half cook, put in bitter guord, water, stir to mix everything. put salt, pepper, fermented black bean- cook at low simmer 15 mins. add sesame oil and xiao shing wine and stir, done
