Do I hear the shouts of Christmas? Here I come!

This fruit cake is super charged with Bacardí Carta Blanca – Superior White Rum (37.5% alc./vol.) instead of water and Cointreau Blood Orange (30% alc./vol.) instead of orange oil. 

However, I have used two 9” loaf pans instead of two 7” loaf pans. Also, I’ve tried to find red and green cherries mixed fruit but apparently all sold out probably due to the coming Christmas. So, only the exterior has Christmas cheer, but the inside is...without soul and dark of sultanas, raisins, currants, with a shade of yin from cut almonds and cashew nuts. Regardless, one of the judges gave this a 9.5 for its superb taste.
