As per request here is my version of steamed fish using whiting ( which is relatively cheap here in UK and a delightfully delicate tasting under-estimated fish ). My Njonya Grandmother ( Ah Ma ) would have grunted '...thats it's ok lah..' which would have been a HUGE compliment !!..lol.
