I have been experimenting with my air fryer. This is a piece of pork belly with perfect crackling.
It is a simple recipe and method. After an overnight marinating, the cooking time is 45 minutes. The result is delicious.

I have been experimenting with Air Fryer Cooking. This is my first attempt at a roast chicken breast. It is stuffed with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, onions, chopped mushroom, spices then wrapped in bacon strips.
From assembly to finish it took 30 minutes and it was tasty and very juicy.

Make this twice. Chicken Wing was wipe out in minutes. Really Yummy!

Nearly there... !!!.. Still need lots more practice.. getting temperature right took some time on hotplate cooker as not easy to control temp. Did not have any baking soda, which will use next time as will probably make the inside a bit more fluffy.. But otherwise came out better than previous attempt.. J

Experiment..
Poussin leg and wing, steamed with ginger, on bed of dry prawn cheng fan, doused with a soy and sesame oil sauce, sprinkling of fried onions, accompanied with blanched lettuce and crispy fried dry Ikan Billis..
Yummy !!!!
