I made these tarts today. My very first pineapple tarts nade. Turned out well! The crust was buttery and I made big tarts! 
The jam was  a bit wet and because the pineapples obtained in European countries are unripe, ( sour) and not flavorful at all, I had to add double amount of sugar plus a bit more!  But as you see in photo turned out delicious! I added twice amount of salt because of unsalted butter. So 1 tsp to 300g of flour. Made  11/2 recipe. .
