Eurasian / Nyonya, Cantonese style roast Duck dinner. I added Pandan leaf to the stuffing to give a more S.E Asian twist to the roast. Complimented with classic steamed broccoli and braised chinese mushrooms, plus fried beansprouts with fine dried anchovies.. a clear turnip wanton based soup was added. Sooo yummy.. The neighbours young kids who were invited for dnner were bit so so, but slowly I will teach them to beging to appreciate our tastey wonders!!
