Another spaghetti theme dish?! It’s either due to I’m craving for another dose of Sauvignon Blanc Semillon with a meal, or have to make use of the ailing capsicum in the fridge, or saving a beautiful recipe from extinction, or all of the above! While the recipe has a wonderful story behind it, this dish was celebrated with a touch of Christmas cheer today!

It scored an 8.5, but getting a 10.0 for this lovely meaty dish is easy:
1.	Boil pasta for 10min (just like yesterday) instead of 12min to get a firmer al dente texture.
2.	Sprinkle parmesan cheese as garnish.
3.	Use 200g mushroom instead of 100g.
4.	Add 11/2tsp salt instead of 1tsp.
5.	Add ½tsp black pepper instead of 3/8tsp.
