I would like to dedicate all the dishes here to MasterChef Grace Teo, but it would be a disgrace for it is not up to mark yet :(. While the nasi lemak itself is excellent but the Sambal Nasi Lemak scored a poor 4.0 and the peanuts were overcooked. But, the spirit of Malaysian cooking is strong in Nyonya Cooking! I’m beginning to feel what it is like to cook with tin coconut milk and that is good. Many of the recipes in Nyonya Cooking use tin coconut milk. Thanks to MasterChef Grace Teo for her advice last night on how to use the tin coconut milk. Also, the nasi lemak was cooked using additional spices not only in the original Nasi Lemak video, but as mentioned in the How to Wrap Nasi Lemak in Banana Leaf video.
