Pandan cookies Thank you for the recipe. I baked these using leftover fresh Pandan extract (left to separate in fridge for 3+ days. The cookies were delicious, my family gave the thumbs 👍. As I used the fresh extract, the colour is not as great but the fragrance is amazing.
