Had wanted to get a stiff peak from the whipping cream I was working with. But the margin between stiff peak or any kind of peaks and over-beating seems to be within seconds! I ended up with an over beaten whipping cream that turns into butter. Instead of throwing the thing into the bin why not turn it into another of my statistics. So, here it is, butter from whipping cream :).
