I made a batch of wonton noodles a few days ago but skipped on the char siu because I had no time to make it. Since I wasn't satisfied with it, I decided to make another batch for lunch today... this time WITH char siu! Personally, I like my dry wonton noodles to have a combination of sweet and salty, so I added some of the char siu marinade to the noodle sauce mixture ~ AND IT WAS MAGIC!
