Crab and freshwater prawn soup using 'Teans Gourmet prawn noodle paste' which hails from Malaysia. We are very lucky here in Kingston Upon Thames as the large local asian supermarkets have a variety of ready made S.E.Asian 'rempah' curry pastes ( eg Teans and Dollee brands to name but 2 )from which I can make the various delights we njonya food addicts crave !!!!
