Tau Yu Bak, however, I didn't follow the amount of the sauce ingredients suggested by Nyonya cooking. I adjusted based on our family preference. Here is what I used for 500g pork. Brown sugar [10-12g] Five-spice [0.25 tsp] Soy Sauce [30g] Dark soy sauce [30g] Wine [65g] Water [150g]
