I make this Roti canai, used grace’s recipe, and I did it once without any reduction. Was really happy, 1 time pass, taste is crispy a bit flaky delicious ,This is the recipe I’m looking for. The recipe is awesome. I want to share something of this recipe , I got adding some marjerin and a little big of shortening , I’m using hand mixed mix up the dough is more fast, after direct split out 12 pcs small dough, I’m double up the recipe, after just leave it rest , coz I was busy go make other thing, after around 1 hour coming back roll up put in container mix up Vegi oil and marjerin, cover keep refrigerated, just few hours , I’m making out the roti canai is really really nice.....
