No cooking today. There’re plenty of leftovers: Sour Threadfin and Raw Chillies with Shrimp Paste condiment, Grilled Black Tilapia, some Pickled Vegetable Salad, and even some Three Cup Chicken! Have to finish these leftovers to give way to tomorrow dinner:
1.	Main: Peking Duck with Potato Dumplings (Knödel) and spicy and sour red cabbage. It is a fusion of Southeast Asian flavours with German Christmas elements.
2.	Dessert: Fruit Cocktail Custard Pudding
3.	Drink: Grass Jelly in Soy Milk

For today, in the pantry I found a tin of lychee. So, to accompany the leftovers I made lychee drink that went into my statistics. Never made it before :)
