Bubur Lambuk recipe from my MIL. Cooked on 04/02/2020. The rice porridge was made separately in an instant pot while the spices were prepared on the stovetop. Once the porridge was ready, I added the spices, cooked meat and shrimp, as well as the coconut cream (santan) into the porridge and stirred using the sauté function. Also it was my first time cooking it and it was a success! (Even my first time tasting it! Lol) Alhamdulillah.
