As a Penang boy, I have avoided making this hawker dish because I know I won't be able to replicate the flavours. Unfortunately, due to the current situation, and being stuck at home, I decided to give this dish a go. I can honestly say the secret is in the chilli sauce as well as the wok hei. Still... at least it was edible :)
