Experiment.. Poussin leg and wing, steamed with ginger, on bed of dry prawn cheng fan, doused with a soy and sesame oil sauce, sprinkling of fried onions, accompanied with blanched lettuce and crispy fried dry Ikan Billis.. Yummy !!!!
