I've been trying to eat healthy these days due to the increased number of people being infected by COVID-19. It hasn't been easy, but when it happens, it is quite an experience. This is today's lunch (and dinner) - fish and tofu congee. I used pickled mustard greens and dried shrimps to add flavour to this otherwise very plain and simple dish :)
