Hi Rena. I just simply fried the garlic till fragrant then add needle mushroom. sprinkle a pinch of salt and add dragon chives. Pour in some water, 1 tbsp of soy sauce and some oyster sauce ~1tsp.

Simmered with low heat (high heat, the vege will turned yellow easily) until the water boiled. As what Grace always says, taste your food before dish out. ^^ Happy cooking.

I just cook whatever is in my fridge. You can modify it yourself. May add prawn, carrot, minced meat of your choice. :)) share us your food snap if you happened to try.
