Thanks so much for this recipe...It was absolutely yummy! Here's a pic of my attempt, slightly modified with the inclusion of La Chang (Chinese Sausages) and dried version of Shitake Mushrooms. The most difficult part was getting hold of the taro as (living in Blackpool) I couldn't find yam in shops anywhere (not even Asian ones nearby) and so had to order online.
