A most satisfying steamed mixture of rice, tapioca and wheat flour with two and half cup of santan (coconut milk) with half a cup of sugar and pinch of salt. Mix well and the  colored layers are to your creativity and edible food coloring. Steamed over a medium fire for 5 minutes for each layer with 10 minutes for the final layers.

And all within just under an hour and cooling down time, sliced with an well oiled knife, you find yourself transported back to when you first bought it from the Aunty Kueh-Kueh at the pasar pagi.
