I was thinking what to serve for my daughter's birthday guests. Since I have 5 lemons in the fruit basket that have been there for a couple of weeks, the idea of making lemonade came to mind.

Comments:

  1. The 5 lemons make 240ml lemon juice, i.e. 1 lemon makes 48ml juice. The quantity of lemon juice produce depends on how big the lemons are.
  2. With the addition of water (2,880ml) and sugar syrup (312ml) the quantity of lemonade produced was 3,432ml.
  3. The number of servings was calculated with each guest consumes 250ml (1 cup) of lemonade. Thus, the number of servings would be 13.728 (rounded to 13).
