Ayam kapitan or captain’s chicken.  My kids’ fave. They can’t take spicy food but this level of spiciness is acceptable for them
Rose jam making process
Cooked rose jam with petals harvested from own garden. The steps are easy but laborious. First remove the white part of the petals (else it’s bitter), then cook in water and sugar until macerated (petals become translucent).  Then add lemon juice to taste and cook until juice reduced. Stir often to prevent stickiness to pot when caramelising starts

Banana cake !  experimented with 4 types of bananas - rose banana, sumifru banana, pisang rastali, pisang moyen.  Rose banana topped the votes .... and the price tag.
