made a batch of mushroom paste and it tasted really good with this silken tofu. it becomes one meatless dish :)
added 50g of fried shallots and 50g of the oil used to fry the shallots into the mung bean filling for extra flavor.
Pandan-flavoured dough this time
cinnamon French toast with a dollop of unsweetened lemon whipped cream and lightly caramelized peaches
banana loaves with brown butter.
Made these yeast-raised waffles over the weekend and they’re pretty airy
made a new batch to eat again :)
added 120g of leftover pineapple jam after butter and sugar. It turned out pretty good! Still soft yet moist :)
added 3g of charcoal powder into these pineapple tarts too :)
Added 3g of activated charcoal powder to this recipe, for a different visual. Equally yummy.
Pizza weekend.
My mum finally tried cooking chicken potato curry from scratch and it tasted really good. Thick curry calls for extra bread for dipping after rice!
Overbaked my bread a little but the homemade "nutella" spread is the highlight. Just blended some toasted hazelnuts and a little bit of honey
