Recently started a diet and found that Chinese cuisine was a good way to stay on track. Bought my fort wok and I am off to the races. Saw the recipe for char siu and had to try it.

Char siu, done in a smoker at 225 until internal temp reached 225F, finished at 250F.  Was pleased with the result, and will do it again!
