Literally just started learning on how to cook in order for me to lose weight. Have never cooked in my life before but we got to start somewhere and thats where I am.

2 chicken breast. One for dinner and kept the other one for lunch the next day. Learned something new about cooking chicken where I brine the chicken for 30 minutes with 4 cups or water 1/2 cup salt. Used paprika, olive oil, ground black pepper, garlic powder and oregano and put it in the Air Fryer. Simple and easy. An omelette with red chilli and onion. As for the vegetables cooked Spinach with garlic and salt.
Air fried a salmon with paprika, salt and coarse black pepper for 7 minutes together with an Asian Pak choy with garlic, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, sesame oil, a bit of sugar and water. However, added too much of water and overcooked the pak choy. Point to note in the future.
Dayumm. This tasted so good. Green dragon vegetable and beansprout. 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/4 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 3 clover garlic, 1/2 tsp sugar, dash of black pepper, and salt to taste. Awesome shit! Im so proud of myself.
Steam white pomfret with ginger, garlic and light soy sauce. Simplest :)
Air fried BBQ chicken and steam broccoli. Heinz bbq sauce, lea and perrins worcestershire sauce and honey for the chicken and literally plain steamed broccoli with a dash of black pepper :) not bad for a start i guess
