What are journal snaps?

Journal snaps are photos of the food you’ve cooked. At Nyonya Cooking, we want to encourage you to eat more home-cooked meals and inspire the community to cook, as well. Treat it like your personal food journal. It’s supposed to be your gallery of all the food you’ve cooked.

How do I tag recipes which I’ve tried?

You can upload a journal snap of a recipe you have tried directly on the recipe page. When logged in, simply tap on the symbol on the top right, then tap on ‘Add Snap’ to add a snap.

Can I add my own recipe?

Of course, you can always submit a journal snap of your own recipe. If you cannot find the corresponding recipe on our website, simply leave the recipe field empty.

How do I manage my journal snaps?

Log into your account and navigate to your profile page. Tap on the journal snap you’d like to manage, then tap on ‘edit’ or ‘delete‘ (bin icon) to proceed. Follow the instructions on the screen.
