First time trying this and fell in love with the soft, crumbly and buttery pineapple tarts. I have to say, I reduced the sugar for the pastry by 15% as I like it less sweet. Made my own jam too so I can control the sweetness. Didn't have the mould so I improvised by using fork to create the lines. I have to agree it's really foolproof.
