I cooked sweet and sour chicken (followed all the recipe except I substituted pork to chicken and lychee to pineapple) Also I put 1/2 less of the vinegar. The plum sauce really made it delicious. Shared it with our neighbor with kids and everyone love it. Thank you so much for the recipe.
