Tajine is a traditional pot from North America. It's vassel shaped cover is specially designed to prepare slow-cooked savory stews. The vassel helps to lead the condensed liquid to flow back into the pan, keeping its flavour and aroma within the dish. With the benefits of cast iron and the black matt enamel inside, meat will be fork tender and food will be cooked evenly. The non-stick material makes it easy to food can be easily sear, brown, braise and roast food.
Colourful enamel outside adds flair to your kitchen and table. Hence, you can freely transfer the tajine from the stove or oven to the table. Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 260 Celsius.
Begin cooking by searing meat with oil or butter. Proceed to add spices and vegetables and put the lid on. Continue cooking on the stove or transfer tajine to the oven for further braising.
