Thanks to its classic design with embossed logo and a silver knob, this cocotte is a cookware in which you can cook a meal with or serve food in style at the table. Cast iron cooks food quicker as the heavy lid contains flavours in the pot and the special drip structure of the lid makes fork tender meat. With a capacity of 3.8 litre, this 24 cm pot is ideal for a 2 to 6 person meal.
It is easy to care for this mini cocotte as the special Staub enamel is highly chip resistant and very durable. The enamel coating doubles as an enhancer to the properties of cast iron which retains heat longer compared to other material.
