The kuey teow has completely disintegrated! It looks more like a kuey teow porridge than firm kuey teow ribbons. The eggs weren't well cooked. There was not enough oil in the wok.

    :( That didn't turn out right, I see. You are right. More oil will be needed unless you use a non-stick wok/pan. The effect will be different but you can be sure that the noodles will not disintegrate. Give it another try. Practice makes perfect!

    Sorry to hear that it didn't work out. Did you use 2 tablespoons of oil for each portion?

    Thank you for feedback, mira & grace. The noodles disintegrated because they are inferior noodles sold in the Asian Grocery Store. Should get better noodles quality next time. I didn't fry in portions as advised, but will certainly do so when I'm more skillful :)
