I couldn't imagine I made char siu. Never thought of it can be made from home. Came across a number of YouTube video from Cantonese style cooking. Then Nyonya Cooking Malaysian style is just I miss. This picture shows my first attempt. It turned out very well and certainly lot of areas of improvement. I am going to make more. Terima Kasih. I wish I came across Nyonya Cooking much much earlier. Never too later to learn new things (Cooking especially) in life. Can't wait for next Char Siu.
