When in oven, the cake was high thou have cracks.. But when out from oven ten mins later, it became flat. Why??:(

11 days ago based on the Pandan Chiffon Cake recipe.

    Hi Tracy , I think you put too much baking powder , it over raised, full of air so when you take it out of oven, the cake cools down and contract pushing all the air out.Still your cake looks soo yummy. .
