Date: 19 Oct 2016 (Sat) The Banana Cake cracked on top. Why does this happen, and how to prevent it from happening? I’m going to cover it with icing, but why does the crack happened to begin with. Any suggestions?

Nice crack but not nice for the icing. Yummy. I bought banana. Will make it when they are superb ripe.
