April 30th, 20 - my gal was asking for ang gu kueh with red bean paste filling. This time I got the perfect dough. Maybe after few times, slowly get to know the dough’s feeling and texture. Happy, it was easily knocked out from the mould. word and tortoise shape are clearer. Keep it up!
