May 7th, 20 - Braised chicken feet/ 卤鸡脚.

    No problem. Share you in a while. Very easy with only few ingredients.

    Ingredients: 20 pcs chicken feet - rinsed and cut off the nails, 2 star aniseed, 4cm cinnamon, 2 pips garlic, 750ml water

  • Helena Cheah:

    Seasoning: 2tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark sauce, 1/2tsp pepper, 1 tsp sugar, some salt.

    Method: 1) Heat up some oil in pot. Add star anises, cinnamon and garlic, stir fry till fragrant. Add chicken feet, seasoning and mixed well.

  • Helena Cheah:

    2) Add water and bring to boil over high heat. 3) Switch to low heat and braised for 1 hour until sauce is thicken and chicken feet are tender. “Book: A taste of kampung by Koh Sai Ngo”
