Return Policy
Items purchased on Nyonya Cooking that have not been used and are in the same condition as you obtained them can be returned within 30 days. A change of mind is allowed. We’re still manually processing return requests. If you like to return an item, please send us an email at support@nyonyacooking.com with your order number and ensure that the following conditions are met:
- Have not been opened
- Have all seals, ribbons, stickers, and tags intact (if any)
- Original packaging and all package contents are intact and included
- Is unused
Include All Package Contents
Please return the items in their original packaging as much as possible and however the circumstances permit. Imagine yourself respectfully returning an unwanted gift from a friend. You must return the package contents in full as you have originally obtained it, including:
- Free gifts
- Warranties
- Item furnishings such as seals, ribbons, stickers and tags (if any)
- Manuals
- Any accessories that were included with the item
Packaging and Transportation
It’s advisable to secure the item’s original packaging with another external layer of packaging to avoid damage to the parcel during transportation. You have to send back the parcel at your own cost.
Subject to Inspection
If you return an item that does not meet the above requirements for returns, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject the return or only refund you partially. Please rest assured that we will judge fairly and will refund you in full in most circumstances. We treat our customers like good friends, but also hope that you will treat us likewise.
