Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver within Singapore.

How much is the delivery cost?

The delivery fee is 8 SGD for orders which value do not exceed 200 SGD.

What is the minimum order value for free deliveries?

If your order exceeds 200 SGD in items, delivery fees will be removed.

Which services do you use for delivery?

We collaborate with NinjaVan to ensure trackable and fast delivery within Singapore.

How long does it take for my order to process?

Once you submit your order, we will prepare your order for delivery. You can expect to receive your items within 3-5 business days.

What is the current status of my delivery?

You can check the latest delivery status in your list of orders. If the items have been dispatched, you will be able to track the status with a tracking number. You can also email us at support@nyonyacooking.com.

The item received is spoilt or incorrect.

Please send email us your order information along with photos of the item(s) to support@nyonyacooking.com within 10 days. You will get a reply within 24 hours for the next steps.

Can I ship to another address besides my stored address?

You can choose a shipping address which you have previously saved to your account or add a new shipping address during order confirmation. If you have mistakenly entered a wrong shipping address, please email us at support@nyonyacooking.com as soon as possible.

Can I add items in my cart to reserve them?

Items placed in your shopping cart are not reserved. The items are reserved for you only upon confirmation of your order.

Will there be any customs and import charges?

No, all prices shown are the finalized amount which will be charged. We ship from our warehouse in Singapore.
